Please note that all payments, expenses, and fees must be paid by the day of the photo session. I will send out an invoice online. Clients are responsible to pay for all applicable expenses including event location fees, travel, boarding, parking, accommodation, and transportation costs.
I will travel up to 20 miles from my location (Downtown Carrollton, TX) for free.
After the 20th mile, each additional mile will be added at $0.50 per mile. Then double the price to equal a round trip.
Mileage will be based on Google Maps, and payments must be paid on the day of the drive/photo shoot.
Example:
35 miles away = $15.00 travel expense fee
35 miles - 20 miles free= 15 miles
15 miles x $0.50 = $7.50
$7.50 x 2 ways = $15.00
Lastly, tips aren’t expected but are always appreciated ♡ -
My number one advice is to wear something you are comfortable in! If an outfit has to be adjusted constantly, it can sometimes reflect on the subject making them look tense or uneasy. Feeling relaxed in what you are wearing is so important.
For outdoor photos, we will possibly be walking a lot so bear that in mind when choosing shoes.
Lastly, unless it's for an intended fashion choice, try to avoid heavy patterns or bright colors as it can be distracting or overshadowing. Pastels and neutral colors are always a safe choice.
