Wedding Photography Cancellation Contract
This Cancellation Contract ("Contract") is made effective as of [Date], by and between Remi David, of 1517 Jackson Street, Carrollton, TX 75006 ("Photographer"), and [Client's Name], of [Client's Address] ("Client").
1. Cancellation Policy:
This Contract outlines the agreement between the Photographer and the Client regarding the cancellation of the wedding photography services initially scheduled for [Date of Event].
2. Notice of Cancellation:
The Client agrees to notify the Photographer in writing of their intent to cancel the booked services at least 7 days before the scheduled event. The notice should be sent via email (to: remidavidphotos@gmail.com) preferred to ensure receipt by the Photographer.
3. Cancellation Fee:
In the event of a cancellation, the following fees will apply:
If the Client cancels more than 7 days before the event, the Photographer will retain the non-refundable deposit of $500.
If the Client cancels less than 7 days before the event, the Client will be required to pay 15% of the total contracted fee.
4. Refund Policy:
Any payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit will be refunded to the Client within 7 business days of the cancellation notice, subject to the cancellation fee outlined in Section 3.
5. Force Majeure:
In the event of circumstances beyond the control of either party, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other unforeseen events, the parties will discuss and agree upon a fair resolution, which may include rescheduling or partial refunds.
6. Entire Agreement:
This Contract contains the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any previous agreements, whether oral or written, regarding the subject matter.
7. Governing Law:
This Contract shall be governed by the laws of the State/Province of [State/Province], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
